Password Policy Requirement:
1. Should be minimum of 8 characters
2. Must have one number, one special character, one upper case, one lower case letter
3. Allowed Special characters: *,),$,@,^,#,(,-,!
4. Password Expired 90 days
5. Account Lock out after 5 attempts
6. Last 3 Passwords should be unique
